Chili's Grill - Highlands Ranch

I can't in good conscience recommend this location to anyone. The visit started off as you would expect and was going well until the appetizer came out and the manager delivered it to the wrong table, the rest of the (visit) meal didn't get any better. When the entrees came out 2 of the 3 items ordered were incorrect and had to be sent back to the kitchen to be corrected. What I find odd is the manager never came by to say anything or to ask how our visit was, it's as if he knew how bad it was and just wanted to avoid the awkwardness that would follow. They seemed to be short staffed and poorly led, the manager was hardly in the dinning room supporting their staff. Our server was pleasant and just running thin, I would say she did a great job all things considering.

The food was decent, the service was pretty good and the place was clean.

Ick. Food's good, service was decent, but that restaurant is FILTHY. There were two teenagers at the host station tonight who were just wiping tables off onto the floor and never cleaned it up, right there in our little booth aisle. Both food and paper products they walked back and forth over countless times. Our table felt dirty, my shoes were sticking to the floor under our table, and the self-pay kiosk at the table was also gross to touch. The food being good is definitely not enough for me to want to eat there again.

Bartender jolly, quick service. Smaller than many Chili's, the layout provides a great view of monsoon clouds in the afternoon from the bar and 2 of the bar tables. Food was fresh and fast

After a long day of traveling, my kids and I stopped here to grab a bite to eat. I received a coupon for a free kid's meal that expired soon, so that really influenced my decision to choose Chili's on this visit. After walking in, we were promptly greeted and seated. Sam was our server, and she was fantastic! She was very welcoming, friendly, attentive, and checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. Our food was delivered to the table quickly; everything was hot, fresh and delicious. If we ever find ourselves in Highlands Ranch again, we will definitely pop by. Highly recommended!
