Cuba Cuba Highlands Ranch

We took friends over this place because they thought it was going to taste just like home for them… The Piña Colada…. Wow !!! It tasted just like Oj, I had to get up and read the menu just to make sure I didn’t over passed the oj… the empanadas, croquetas n the beer are the good things about this place…

I really enjoyed my Cubano sandwich. Another in our party didn 't like theirs as much (their sandwich bread was a bit oily). The Cuban salad with the fried fish added was also very good. My Café Con Leche was excellent. I didn 't really like the Cuban fries. I think they must be an 'acquired taste '?! Pricing was about on average for today 's Colorado inflated restaurant items.

The quality of the service and food here was incredible. This is a must try for anyone who hasn’t been or tried Cuban food.I would highly recommend the Ropa Vieja plate with a side of the fried yuca! My family and I will definitely be coming back to try different items on the menu.

The vibes are great and it is not a bad option when craving Cuban food. Not bad for Colorado but being from Miami, it’s far from the real Cuban taste but it’ll do.
