Mcdonald's - Highlands Ranch

The restaurant had already cleared and closed 12 minutes before their official closing time. I only wanted a Coke, but I ended up wasting my time since they couldn’t serve me anything with just 15 minutes left. Food rating: 1/5.

I had a disappointing experience on September 27 at 12:40 when I placed my order at the first window. The person taking my order was quite rude and made several mistakes with my order, getting every single item wrong.

It was 5 in the morning and the workers there wouldn’t let me order. I was just outside the building and nobody wanted to take my order.

Check your order!!!! I've been going here for two years visiting this McDonalds once every couple of weeks. I've determined that after several missed orders that it is store policy to not properly fill the order. Constant missing items, burgers, fries. Not once is the mistake in my favor. After this past visit I will not go back here, as it's clearly intentional. Bad business.

This was the WORST cheese burger I have ever had!!!! Dry, Lukewarm, no ketchup or mustard on it. I had to drink water to get it down. Whoever is running this McDonald's....you better learn how other McDonald's make their burgers. You should be embarrassed!!! I'll never go back to this location.
