Parkside Cafe - Highlands Ranch

If I could give a negative review I would. I stopped by last Thursday August 2, 2018 and bought 2 Bud Lights drank them and left. Friday morning while looking at my bank account I realized I bought the 2 most expensive Bud Lights in Colorado. The staff charged my card $65.68 for these 2 top shelf Bud Lights. I called the Parkside 3 times Friday and left messages each time for a manager to return my call. Well do you think that happened? Not a chance!!! Exactly 1 week later still nothing from anyone at the Parkside staff. My next course of action is filing a complaint with the BBB. But thought I would warn people about the shady practices of the Parkside Café inside Palomino Park.. Kudos for being an honest business..

This is inside palomino park, so if you live there and just don't want to cook, it's ok, won't hurt you. But don't expect to get what you order. My club sandwich was meant to have some sort of lettuce on it and come with a pickle nope. The first few times we went the menu was very different, heaps more pizza and they were good. The pizza we had this time was good but the menu has completely changed and it's just not as good

A little less than pleased today. Have lived here for 5 years and visit the cafe when we are at the pool. Cafe opens at 11, to me that means ready for guests at 11. Not today. The lone bartender/waiter was a bit put out that I was ordering food for me and my girls at 11:10. Slamming things around and avoiding eye contact. Whatever Palomino, hire people who desire working in a public atmosphere.

God I love this place. And that bartender, Ethan is his name? So great. Super attractive and so on top of it. Best bartender ever!

Place is ok. RUDE regulars. Not the best place if your from out of town. Don't waste your time with some there. 4 stars for the bar and drinks. Im all about a good heavy drink but don't take the integrity of the drink away cause you think your hooking me up. It turns out gross and hard to drink.
