One of the best McDonald's ever! The staff is awesome ! The food is fresh and hot. The cleanest McDonald's I've been through. I forget the names I'm supposed to shout out, but you all did such a great job that I don't even go to the McDonald's in Elizabethtown. You guys are so much better!
Ordered an iced latte in the drive-thru, and they brought me a hot latte, when I told them it was wrong the girl proceeded to fill a cup with ice and pour the hot drink. So the drink tasted terrible, was Luke warm, watered down, etc. So I spent $4 on something I didn't end up drinking.
Awful service every single time. You can be the only customer and they'll still send you to the lot to wait 10 minutes for a simple order.
Oh Middletown McDonald's! Why do you lose those good employees and have to train new people so the drive thru is long no matter when I arrive? If it weren't for the fries....
