Feedback gevenWaiting 55 minutes for a phone order is unacceptable. If they simply informed you of the wait time when you placed the order, it wouldn't be an issue.
Just wanted to put good feedback as the owners, Stanley and his family are just such lovely people who take good pride in what they do. Today, someone who I will avoid name calling, decided to take my order even though I called out twice it was mine, my dad also did too. They then proceeded to eat it with their group next to us going oh I wonder what this burger is, I don 't think I ordered this fish, cool! As we sat in total disbelief. Anyways, Stanley (who is a total legend) recooked our whole order, remade a burger that had been handled a lot/was somehow squished and passed over to me (with nothing else, no apology either, just a flattened handled burger). They blamed the owner even though he clearly said what the order had in it. But yeah, although we had to wait an hour, absolutely not his fault. He took a financial hit in having to recook an order from scratch. Sadly people the right thing tend to have to pay for people doing the wrong thing. Anyways thanks Stanley, you are an absolute gem and I appreciate how much care you put into what you do. Will definitely be back.
