Feedback gevenThe service is terrible. We had to ask for cutlery three times and twice for our drinks. The waitress would **** Oh for sure! then disappear into the kitchen for 10 minutes. Chips and salsa took 20 minutes to reach our table after our order. We were one of two tables in place, but the rest of our food lasted 40 minutes. (I was hungry and stared at the wall clock all the time! The Burrito was just a stone tortilla and crispy beans inside. Instead of queso fresco as advertised, Tostada was covered with pre-shrinked, bright orange cheddar cheese. I know your options in Hill City are limited, but don't go here. If you want to spend the day hiking or playing in Custer State Park, grab a lunch!
I had the Enchiladas, our children had the Burritos. So delicious. A nice surprise through South Dakota to find this place. Fresh ingredients, Cilantro... Tortillas... Salsa... would go back here in a heartbeat.
We had two meals at ricos while we went through the mickelson trail, and were impressed! the service was in order (although we had to request the glasses for our beer), which was essential original and fresh. we are pleased that we have not read the reviews online before we traveled as we had such a positive experience and ricos return to the rabbit bike, a super small bike shop that for those who need a little dc while cycling the mickelson trail. try both small local businesses!
Low customer service. We have never received our drinks until we started our meal, and even had to ask them. Then the cans had immediately on the table, no offer of glasses and no excuses. Avoid this restaurant. Don't eat the price.
Food was really good, authentic Mexican in a small South Dakota town was not what I was expecting.
