Pizza Hut - Hilliard

Will not order from the Hilliard location again. 2 separate delivery orders...In February, I ordered from them, waited 1 hour and told my order cancelled due to driver. I called and they did find a driver and I got it 1 hour 45 minutes after I ordered. They emailed my with a code for a free pizza for the inconvenience, which was nice, but the code did not work. Decided to try them again tonight. Did not receive part of my order. Called and first person hung up on me, I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that was an accident. Second person was nice but they would only give me a credit on my next order. Would not refund money or just simply send the missing item. Appears I will be out that money because service has been terrible last 2 orders and I will not deal with them again. I suggest you either pick it up or go somewhere else.

I placed an order on uber eats and after an hour of waiting they camcelled my order for silly reason. They let the costumer hungry. Really really bad experience, pretty sure the management and the staff isn't mature enough to do their job properly. I used to work in hospitality, and we had that much of a brain to use common sense and contact the costumer or atleast send something similar. I would do 0 star if I could, unfortunately 1star is the lowest. Pretty bad experience. Thanks guys, great job

Pizza is great and cashiers are sweet. But the boneless wings are smaller than the ones at Chick Fil A and cost 8 for an 8 piece save yourself the and go elsewhere to get some real wings if you’re craving it. Picture below for reference.
