Costa Coffee - Hillingdon

I was having a coffee with someone while a woman was begging for money. She put a piece of paper in front of my eyes, then she grabbed my phone which was on the table. She lifted the paper for several times very close to me, then back on the table. It was too late when i realised she was stealing my phone. Unfortunately, i was not the first case and the staff was so indifferent to me, saying just: you have to report to the police. I mean, I understand the staff is busy, but as they could know this person was stealing, doing exactly the same thing before, they remained very calm to it. Please pay attention when you are having your next coffee there!

Overall, a good place in the heart of Northwood. Service is mostly good however, coffee is a bit hit or miss depending on the barista. A dependable choice next to the Northwood station.

Got there at 6.29, they close at 6.30. They were preparing to close and absolutely refused to make me a coffee. So much for customer service.

Good costa as they go. Very busy at lunchtime but they opened another till to keep things moving.

After standing in queue, I waited ages at the very front of the queue while both staff were busy fulfilling delivery orders. Gave up waiting as I had to get to work
