Nando's Uxbridge - Hillingdon

I use the lincoln nandos on a regular basis. Really lovely and friendly staff. Really good how quick they make the food, they run a pretty good ship. Not once have I been disappointed with the food. Great place

Not a good place really negative manager and rude.And food was raw causing sickness and we don’t want to have a disease:

We got seated upstairs however due clearly untrained staff we after waiting for 10 minutes in the queue decided to order downstairs The lady downstairs was great however after trying to pay 3 times due to a card reader problem I got frustrated and walked back upstairs The payment was sorted So I went to the drinks machine to get a water for my wife and a coke for me No ice and the water machine was broken Therefore I got my wife a coke in a small (water) glass Halfway through a not so great meal This scruffy young lad who said he was a manager accused me of thief I explained the water machine was broken instead of apologies he was rude to say the least I have been a Nandos customer since the Ealing Common branch was opened in 1991/92 I will now struggle to ever return Nandos don’t get to complacent This scruffy young

I have visited Nando’s Uxbridge today with my family We were waiting for the table in waiting area. We were family with little kids and the manager named Kamil asked us to go out and come back after we receive the sms .He did not understand the concern very unhappy with the service and we left the place I will not visit Uxbridge Nando’s any time .

This was a lovely nando’s! especially the waiter ‘conner’ he showed care and respect to me and my friend, really made our meal out special, he’s skills and politeness showed through! most attentive waiter we had ever experienced!
