Pizza Hut - Hillingdon

Don't give you any tissues because the dispenser is never topped up on purpose and they charge for sauces. For that you're getting 1 star. Money grabbers.

I am really annoyed that this is the third time off ordering pizza delivery from Pizza Hut in Northwood and what surprise has arrived late, I have asked for a full refund for the pizza delivery thst was delivered at 9.10 today. I ordered at 7.57pm and it finally arrived at 9.10pm.Will not ever be using this or any other branch again.

I spotted a large rat outside the door of Pizza Hut, and when I mentioned it to my husband, he said he had seen one too. We tried their pizza four years ago, but it was a disappointing experience. The crust was flavorless and the pizza was cold and dry.

This restaurant is terrible. They constantly bring the wrong food and expect you to pay for their mistake. Their customer service is awful. If they are part of a franchise, they should be stripped of it. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Actually such kind people they were so sweet and the customer service is amazing!!
