Feedback gevenI would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by a staff member at the airport restaurant. Her name is Flora and she was wearing a pink t-shirt with the Heathrow logo. As I was enjoying my dinner, I noticed a family of three struggling to fit at a small table meant for two. I offered to swap tables with them and, in the process, accidentally dropped my soup spoon. Thinking that Flora worked for the restaurant, I asked her for help in retrieving a new spoon as I couldn't leave my table unattended. She kindly obliged, despite not actually being an employee of the restaurant. She returned with the spoon and reassured me that it was no trouble at all. To my surprise, she also brought me a small muffin, explaining that she had taken an extra one for me. This act of kindness truly exemplified genuine hospitality. Thank you, Flora, for making the beginning of my long journey unforgettable.
The service staff at this restaurant were terrible. They were completely useless and I had to wait in line for service. Even though a couple ahead of me received their service, the staff simply walked away. Another staff member started serving other customers in a different lane, leaving me waiting. I was a paying customer, not looking for a freebie. Unfortunately, Pret a Manger has lost a customer for good. I hope this review reaches senior management so that the staff can receive proper customer service training. I was very disappointed in the behavior of the staff at this chain of cafes.
The wait was very long due to understaffing, but the coffee was good. It helped me recuperate after four days of tiring travel.
I have been served by a very rude Easter European barista with dark long messy hair, who looked like just worked up. When I changed my order start throwing cups around and speaking loudly in his luggage serving other passengers and keeping me waiting for a long time. My parents were really upset seeing this. I will never spend a penny there again. I recommend going to Costa just minutes away, the service is much better. By the way. I cancelled my subscription because of this incident
Like those in the city it was clean with good selections of food with fast check out lines. Crowding can be a problem at times. Seating is comfortable with outlets nearby in some places for charging.
