Wong's Oriental Food To Take Away

Absolutely disgraceful I ordered from them 2 weeks ago and when eating found wire scouring wool in my food. Politely called them back and was spoken to in a very y rude manner by the person on the phone. They agreed to give me a refund on my family joint account. Tonight I placed an order ron their app and after 1 hour I had no delivery. I called them and was told I cannot order from them. I was given no reason and I am a professional person who has always enjoyed their food. Their seems to have been a change in recent times and I have never felt so humiliated ordering food. they would not even take an order over the phone . Please look at recent reviews and avoid thos place as they are rude and unprofessional.

Ordered a family meal for new years via just eat. They only accept collections so thought that's fine I can collect. I waited an hour until collection time. After arriving and queueing for 30 minutes I found out they didn't even have my order because apparently they don't accept just eat orders. Why even list yourselves on there?! Basically this order went wrong in every possible way and a week later I can still see they are listed on Just Eat. Waste of time. Sort it out.

Been using this for our home delivery for years having tried most other Chinese restaurants in the area.. prompt home delivery, food always still hot. Plenty of food in each separate item orders. Always very tasty. Some dishes delicious.

Foods was terrible, woman on the phone is rude. disgusting foods, oily greasy ... dont like the spare ribs

I decided to order delivery from Wong's despite some mixed reviews on Trip Advisor. Having tried other average Chinese restaurants in the area, I wanted to give Wong's a chance. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The Crispy Beef was delicious and the noodles were also tasty. The quarter duck came pre-shredded in a box, which was convenient, although I did have some doubts about it being made from leftovers (even though I know they don't have a restaurant). However, I decided to give it a try and it turned out to be delicious. That small issue aside, I would still rate my overall experience as very good. I will definitely order from them again, and I hope that the quality remains consistent.
