Dairy Queen Store - Hillman

Ice cream was good but those girls that work here are very rude they don't have manners and they are disrespectful. So try not to go to this hell hole

Store said it was open, was planning to take my mom here for valetines day but it is closed when we go there, wish it didn't say open when it's closed.

The nasty old lady needs some customer service training. Too bad this is the only place in town

Fast and friendly service. Need to bring back the grape syrup though.

I live close to this DQ, maybe a 10 minute drive and I usually only go once a year. I bet you 're wondering why...well I 'm about to tell you! The employees there are simply awful! They are rude, they are snotty, and they are all about what they won 't do. I cannot tell you how many times they have told me they aren 't serving hotdogs anymore because they are in the freezer...or they can 't make that kind of shake because it 's too hard . Not to mention how they treat you like an inconvenience if you ask for a lid or spare napkins.. as a business owner myself I would reccommend having a serious talking to with those girls on how important customer service really is!! I 'll be finding a different ice cream shop for sure!!
