A&w - Hillsboro

This restaurant is a combo of KFC and A&W. We ordered chicken, and I appreciate these combo locations because they offer no-sugar-added A&W Root Beer. However, the food fell short compared to other locations we've visited. I'm not sure if this is typical or just an off night. The biscuit was too crunchy, the mashed potatoes were bland, and while I had the original chicken, the texture was quite similar to my wife's extra crispy chicken.

The food wasn't as good as my previous visit; it seems like something has changed.

Absolutely filthy restaurant! The table was gross; I’ve attached a picture of the wipe I used to clean it. The food was served at an unacceptable temperature, clearly having been left out for a while. The quality was even worse than a frozen TV dinner. The Washington County health authority needs to be notified. This place doesn't deserve a single star on Yelp. I regret visiting and wasting my money here. It's disappointing how some establishments don’t seem to care anymore.

What an awful experience. From ordering being very difficult due to employees not listening to wrong items being charged for and not included (the item being a float we did not ask for but we're charged for but got a normal regular sized root beer instead even though we ordered a large). Clearly this location. This location has SERIOUS communication issues as every face I could see inside looked baffled when i piinted out the drink issue and asked for a reciept so I didn't bother making them fix their error. Avoid this dumpster fire at all costs.

Ordered crispy I got original. I order two, three piece meals one dark meat all legs I received two thighs one leg. The other I ordered white meat and received dark meat. They have terrible listening skills! The macaroni and cheese is disgusting, definitely skip it!
