Burgerville - Hillsboro

It was pretty good overall but my lettuce wrapped burger had the top half of the bun on it. I took it as a sign from the universe to not make my burger healthy. No hard feelings but someone in the future may not be happy.

The food was fantastic, two thumbs up! Be prepared for lines and wait times, as this place is bustling with customers. The friendly staff and clean atmosphere make it an excellent option for lunch.

I live 5 minutes away from the restaurant. The fries were stale and cold. No excuse for this as I did not drive far. The line was ridiculous so didn't feel like going there again. I do not recommend.

This location has a Unique interior, it looks like an Old Fashioned Soda Shop...The cashiers were Friendly Efficient when I asked for there 'Special Sauce' to be added on my burger, there was No 'Eye Rolling', just a friendly response of 'Sure, Happy to do that for you'... Since I Absolutely Luv Burgerville, When I'm back at this location, I Shall be Returning... ? ? ?

I was happy to see that the dining room is open again! Today I stopped by this location for waffle fries and a hazelnut shake. The fries were perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of salt. The shake had the strong hazelnut flavor I was hoping for. Other places are so wimpy about adding hazelnuts; I want ALL the hazelnuts! I miss the older recipe with larger nut pieces, but the new smoother version has the right flavor and is nice and thick so it still hit the spot. The staff was all friendly and the restrooms were clean. I'd be happy to return to this location. I was surprised though at the wait time, like the fries were cooked first, then the shake was made while I was already eating the fries... I was the only person in the dining room and there were only a few cars in the drive through, and it seems inefficient that two different people wouldn't be making these items so they came out at the same time. I also think it's weird to have great big buttons for tip percentages at a fast food place aren't tips for servers at sit down places? The staff was great but I don't really understand what the tip is for if the food is picked up at the drive through or ordered at the counter. Prices are high enough I'd think they can pay people decently. Burgerville overall is my go to spot for fish and chips. I'm not a fan of the burgers, I think they are just okay and not worth the price. Fish and shakes though, big yes!
