Ordered ribs, chicken, burnt ends and brisket. The brisket and burnt ends are the best I’ve had anywhere on the west coast.The potato salad and baked beans were great.We finished with the bacon jalapeño cornbread; honestly it was like dessert (in the best way possible).Me and team of 14 other folks highly recommend.

This is the best brisket you can find in the PNW. As far as sides go, the potato salad and cornbread were the top picks.

We recently had this restaurant cater our company event for 50 people. The food was incredible, especially the burnt ends which were fabulous. The potato salad, cole slaw, and beans were all delicious as well. The cornbread was moist and tasty. The meats were all tender, smoky, and flavorful. We will definitely use this restaurant again and the staff absolutely loved the food!

Having recently relocated to this area from Texas, I must say that this is the finest smoked brisket I have enjoyed since my move. I highly recommend calling ahead and indulging in this delicious experience.
