I appreciate that it was not a massively overstuffed Chipotle breakfast burrito. The burrito was quite simple and bland with just eggs, red potatoes, cheddar cheese, hand-cut pico, and cilantro sour cream. The red potatoes were really chunky and would have been better diced. Avocado or some guac could have really elevated the flavor and tied the ingredients together. The Mocha was nice, but not made from real chocolate as I inquired and just with a pump of chocolate. The female staff, who I believe is the daughter of the owner was super nice and asked me about the mocha. After a long pause of it 's... good , she remade the drink adding a couple of syrups and even offered to make me another one if I didn 't like it! Hands-down 5 star service. The mocha was a bit sweeter and sure enough tasted better. While the food and drinks were 3.5 stars, the attentive and homey service really sweetened the deal and elevated my dining experience. If I lived in the area, I would come back to explore the menu and love to support this great small family business!
We went here and it was really good and the portions.... kanak attack! Eat till you go sleep. Was so Ono. Can't wait to go again. The people was so nice.
This is such a charming little place! I visited with a friend, and we enjoyed some fantastic Vietnamese coffee along with breakfast dishes. The spam and egg sandwich, as well as the matai plate, were both delicious. Just a heads-up, the name has changed to Chopstix Grill, so don’t be surprised if Google takes you there. Overall, we had a delightful experience, and I definitely recommend giving this spot a try!
Wow! I am absolutely blown away! This place features incredibly delicious food and drinks. The spam and egg sandwich was simply amazing, and the Vietnamese coffee ranks among the best I've ever tasted. Everyone should experience what this restaurant has to offer—don't let it pass you by! The hospitality and customer service deserve a perfect score of 10/10 as well. Lindsey is incredibly sweet and welcoming! I will definitely be returning and can't wait to try an acai bowl here! Also, just a heads up, they've changed their name to Chopstix Grill!
It’s easy for me to say that this café served me the worst cappuccino I’ve ever had. The staff clearly lacks knowledge when it comes to steaming milk. I’m not being overly particular; a cappuccino should be steamed to 140°F, while a latte should reach 150°F. The milk in the drink I received was literally boiling at 212°F. Plus, it was filled to the brim, which burned my hand and caused a spill in my car. I couldn’t even take a sip. When I got home, the milk was still too hot to drink, and it had developed a thick, filmy layer on top due to being scalded. I’ve attached a photo of the ruined milk—you can definitely see it’s nothing like the frothy foam you’d expect in a cappuccino. I didn’t try any food, and I’m sure the staff is nice, but they really need proper training in coffee preparation. They clearly don’t have a grasp on it.
