Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I got a 5 meat stuffed family size and a large chicken bacon ranch yesterday woke up in the middle of the night throwing up. I have food poisoning. The chicken bacon ranch taste sour like something was spoiled. Health department needs called.. obviously they can't tell if food is spoiled.

I placed an online order with an estimated pick up of 6:12. I came in at 6:15 and was not acknowledged whatsoever by any of the staff for over 5 minutes. When someone finally asked me if I was here to place and order or if I had ordered online, I was told “it’s going to be a little bit” but not given an estimate on how long I’d be waiting. It seemed like there was a new employee trying to learn (which is completely fine) but the person I assume was the lead seemed annoyed with the fact that her coworker was struggling. It’s now 25 minutes past the time I was told my order would be ready, and I still have no pizza and no idea when it will be ready. The food is always great, but the staffing, teamwork, and customer service could use some work.

Let's just say lacks cleanliness and customer service sucks! Not to mention the cracked ghetto door ! Will not be back to this location. Needs better management and training.
