Pho Tango Bistro - Hillsboro

Got the vegetarian pho and vermicelli with fried tofu. I feel like everything labeled on the menu as vegetarian is vegan, but I ask anyways and they were chill wish the menu had vegan labels. Comparatively few vegetarian options, but a few. Food was good but was lacking a bit in flavor, could've used a bit more oomph.

We enjoyed Pho: beef brisket and meatballs and vermicelli plus chicken with rice noodles. They have free refills on their Thai tea, which was unheard of. I ended up bringing half my food home for another meal tomorrow. Highly recommend this place. They are very busy during the lunch hour, but not to worry; staff is very attentive, and the lines move quickly.

We got two different pho (one chicken and another beef special). Both were super salty. We had to ask for the pho sides (Basil, lime, and bean sprouts). The spring rolls were cut in half to make four small ones. Overpriced for the quality of food. Thai ice teas were great! And they do refills. Service was really good. The Rangoons were great! 4.4 is a high for me. 3.7 is my rating.

Best local pho in the Beaverton/Hillsboro area. I've been coming to this place often for over 5 years and I've always had great experiences. They just got a new appetizer which I personally pair with a small soup. Highly recommend!
