Qdoba Mexican Eats - Hillsboro

I really enjoy Qdoba and visit frequently. One suggestion I have is to improve the handling of online orders. There have been a few times when I placed my order and was told it would be ready in over 20 minutes, which is fine. However, when I arrive at the scheduled pickup time, I often end up waiting an additional 10-15 minutes because the staff continues to assist walk-in customers instead of prioritizing the online orders.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The customer service was outstanding, and the teamwork between the manager and staff was impressive when handling my order. The entire facility, from the entrance to the restrooms, was spotlessly clean. The dining area is open to the public, but they require masks until you're seated. If you live in the area, they are currently hiring, so feel free to stop by to apply or just enjoy a meal. The food is absolutely amazing!

Fast food with an assembly line vibe. It's not amazing, but it's solid. You get a lot of food for your money. I especially enjoy their tortilla chips. It's a decent option for a quick meal when you're looking to refuel.

The chips were crumbled, there were intact pieces of lettuce, and the overall quality of the food was lacking.

The food was perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor.
