Bagels-4-u Of Hillsborough

Took 45 mins to get my bagels sandwich and it was wrong. I asked multiple times to get my money back while waiting, so I could go back to work, they refused and kept telling me “wait one second” than went off. Horrible horrible service

Miscommunications and language barriers. They jacked up the prices. Nearly $20 for 2 bagels with cream cheese. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!

I loved the variety of options, but paying for your food and getting your order was an absolute mess. The workers would call up people to take their orders when there were already people waiting at the register for their order to be ready and to pay, causing a crowd of people at the front. My friend and I left immediately after we got our orders because of how chaotic it was.

Only place around that has Flagels! Yes, I said Flagels! The bagels are good, too. And their spreads, especially the Cinnamon Raisin and Veggie Cream Cheese are excellent. They have a grill; so, you can get a made to order egg sandwich on a Bagel. As you will see from the other reviews, the wait staff is not totally fluent in English. So, my advice speak slowly and clearly and your order has a good chance of being accurate.

Amazing bagels, but they struggle to get the order right. I understand the issues with language barrier and they are very nice so hopefully they get the issues resolved in the near future.
