Taco Bell - Hillsborough

I give this Taco Bell five stars! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff is courteous and professional. Lola is fantastic—you can practically hear her smile through the drive-thru speaker. Shan was also outstanding; when there was a small mistake with my last order, she was friendly and professional, genuinely eager to help and make things right. I rarely encounter such high-quality customer service, and I was truly impressed by how she treated me and my family. This Taco Bell may be a bit out of the way, but I love how they operate, so I always find myself heading there! Thank you, Shan, Lola, and the tattooed guy—you all are amazing!

Some of the staff were excellent and provided personalized service. The food was also really good!

The food is better than at most Taco Bells. The staff member, Guy Manning, who took my order on Wednesday night, December 29, truly deserves special recognition. He was friendly, helpful, and patient. Even though I didn't ask for it, he personally brought my order to my car.

The American Flag they have flying is ripped and tattered to shreds... It was a terrible sight to see. It needs to be properly retired and a new one needs to be raised. This is on the shoulders of the manager and owner. It's a shame to not be respectful if you are going to fly that beautiful flag! ??
