Feedback gevenI ordered 10 wings, a salad and a large pizza. Upon arrival there was an additional 10 wings made by mistake that I said was a mistake that I was forced to pay for. After dealing with that I left and forgot the salad. I got home and called and was informed they would get the salad out to me right away. I got a call back 30 minutes later asking for my address. 2 hours go by with no delivery. I call speak to a different person who then tells me “we don’t have any salads” I was told I would get a refund it’s been a week with no refund. First and last time I will ever order.
This is our favorite location to come to. They always keep the inside and outside of the facility clean. The pizza is always ready on time. We also love the customer service we receive each time we visit!Parking: The parking is closest to the UPS Store and the Wayback BurgersFree parking
I love their pizza but they can never seem to get my order correct. The last time they gave me the wrong pizza for the 4th time was the last straw for me and to add insult to injury i never recieved my refund that was supposed to come within 72 hrs
We've always loved the pizza here but now that you've started using delivery services and not your own drivers the pizza takes forever to be delivered and is usually cold by the time you get it. Not good! Sorry guys but we going to have to find somewhere wise that delivers the same quality as you used to.
When I ordered the website showed 35 minutes. It has now been 1:30 minutes. Tried to call the store and it has a recording saying the number has been suspended. Absolutely unacceptable.
