Krispy Kreme - Hillside

They never have anything else other than glaze, chocolate or strawberry sprinkles. I asked for a refund of the specialty box and all they did was charge me full price (specialty) for all glaze doughnuts, which by the way were so small. Can't contact corporate only by mail. Ridiculous.This location needs new managers that are capable of running a business.A whole new staff that actually wants to work.Lastly they need to be backed and held accountable by a corporate division who actually cares about the brands image.

Ordered ahead for Mother's Day. When I arrived in the morning, there was a sign indicating the store would be opening at 1pm. Their site said it was open and the system took my payment. Frustrating, but it happens. The problem is that when I tried to call and get a refund for the order later in the afternoon, no one answered the phone. I gave up after calling about eight times over the next two days. Each time, it would just ring and ring. As a last resort, I emailed the location but have yet to hear back. It takes a lot for me to leave negative reviews, but I feel that it's my only recourse for essentially feeling scammed out of $20. The donuts are delicious. I would say to call ahead to verify they are open, but, ya know...

Whoever the manager is should be fired. It’s National Donut Day. Waited 40+ minutes in a 20 car line to pick up an online order. Lobby is still closed for some reason? It appears as though 1 person is working today. Not acceptable.
