Wingstop - Hillside

Make sure you check your order before you leave. Ordered and paid for an 8 piece combo and received only 5 of the driest wings I’ve ever gotten. Totally disappointed considering the quality was pretty good.

Food was great, the store was clean. People were friendly and engaged.

Missing fries from my order. I don’t usually complain but this is ridiculous. On top of missing my fries, I got the smallest and driest wings of my life. All 10 wings were like this. Avoid if possible. All this for $30.

The cashier that took my order wasn't listening when I made my order and almost rang me up for the wrong thing. I told him what I ordered and he made the order correctly, but with an attitude. My order was repeated back to me with an attitude, a lower price from what I was almost charged for, and then my change was given to me with an attitude. Once I was given my change, the cashier use hand sanitizer, not doing so for the customer before me. Customer service needs to be emphasize in this location.

Literally worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. You would think spending 50 dollars on wings they can teach they employees how to speak to people.
