Ding Tea Hilo

I got sick after having a lychee milk tea. I seriously doubt the milk powder they use is lactose free. I reacted like it was dairy. Beware when they tell you the milk powder is dairy free.

On the afternoon of April 17th, I visited this store which is one of the few Taiwanese bubble tea shops on the Island of Hawaii. Although the owner was not there, his partner explained to me that the tea and equipment all come from Taichung, Taiwan. The tea is delicious, the atmosphere is great, and the people are friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Island of Hawaii.

Love love love this shop! It's everything Teaspresso wishes it was ?? super kind, friendly people, and incredible flavors that aren't sickly sweet like teaspresso!

My favorite boba spot in Hilo. I tried them all but Ding Tea has the best tea, flavors and toppings!

There’s not really a way to mess up jasmine green milk tea but somehow they did… the weirdness probably comes from the tea they use, it doesn’t have jasmine fragrance and have a weird longan (yup the fruit) aftertaste ?
