New Saigon Vietnamese - Hilo

This hole in the wall restaurant was recommended to me by a friend. My mother and I finally had the chance to try and, boy, what a treat! We ordered the recording since my mother was older. We ordered the steamed rice with pork chop shredded pork and eggs (38), shrimp and eggplants (don't know the number), with noodle (3) brewed beef, crispy egg noodles with shrimp (51), and the Hong Kong rice noodles (33). Everything was delicious! My mother liked the shrimps and the eggplants best. (I couldn't find it on the menu, but the server knew what I was talking about). The pork stall and the shrimps and the eggplants belonged to my favorites. I loved the beef that was killed with noodles. It could be easy to overlook this undescribed place, so I wanted to help draw attention to this little jewel. Very recommended!

The photo was good. The place had a peaceful feeling. Customer service was great. I found the parking lot to be a little small, but still light enough when you park on the side. Totally great place to stop by.

Mindblowing beef stew with French rolls and hot tasteful Pho!! Vietnamese coffee milk was also ONO!

My wife and another friend got the #27 cold noodle dish and both were very happy with the food. I have the Pho Tai and it was extraordinary. We will often return.

We had com xuon nuong, bun thit nuong, pho and hu tieu. My pork chop rice dish and my son's bun thit nuong were good. My daughter hu tieu was good too. The portion of the pho was a bit small and just ok. However, the owner was quite nice and friendly. They gave us some homegrown logan after our meal.
