Wsw The Steakhouse Whisky Steak Wine

On August 19, 2023, I celebrated my 23rd anniversary with my family. We left the CheeHoo Festival early to have dinner at WSW. The young gentleman at the front desk greeted me by my name, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name.

How can you market your restaurant as being so exceptional? I've eaten there several times, and I really wish it lived up to that claim!

Food, service and atmosphere was wonderful! Lobster was cooked perfect and the set menu is definitely a must! Celebrated my daughter's bday with a candle and ice cream which was a very nice gesture. *Only down fall was during dinner the bar door was open, cheering from the bar was loud and disruptive. Close the door for dinner service.

As 2024 is still in the Shiny and New Phase , I do hope WSW hires an Events Specialist , and rethink their 2023 Christmas and Holidays kitchen staff. I read the recent review of the 73 years guy, something bothering him since Christmas 2023 , and am hesitant of giving it a chance. Best wishes to you, for a prosperous 2024 year! I do want to try your upscale restaurant in 2024!

We arrived on time, but did not get a table through the window as desired. my reservation was made online with this special request. I said there were no tables, but as we went in there were two or three tables on the windows that were empty. After we had set ourselves, the receptor was sitting others who came to us in the tables. we also had to wait about 15 minutes before a waitress picked up our order. therefore the low number of points overall and service. the eating and the ambiente were scored far above the service and the very unfriendly and discourageable recipeist.
