Feedback gevenEvery so often this place never picks up the phone. Like fix your phone system if your constantly having issues. I never seen any other take out place be like this! its ridiculous! If wasn;t that your the only chinese resturant in Hilton I would not order from you anymore. The food is not that good either again if there were other options in Hilton this place would shut down!
So where do I start? The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude. After he took my order, I heard 15 or 20 minutes, and he literally hung up on me. They never gave me a total or told me that they only take cash. Then I tried to call back a little while later to add an item that I forgot, I got hung up on twice. The food was not the best, The only positive thing that I will say is that the boneless spare ribs were not covered in sauce. However, I did not order white rice I ordered shrimp fried rice. I did not get shrimp fried rice. Honestly, I will absolutely never go back to this place again. The gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly rude, and the food was really just not good. I'm very generous with the one star. You might as well just go to Chef King on Dewey because they're 10 times better.
Placed an order for 2 Szechuan chicken spicy combos. It was the worst Chinese take out I’ve had in years. It was ONLY onions and peppers with very little chicken and no flavor !! The eggs rolls were equally as bad. I’ve been recommending this place to everyone . Now I’ll tell them not to order from there!!
The food here is okay. If you really love your fried rice the. Stay away. On occasion I have found cold spots in the rice which SHOULD NOT HAPPEN! The staff could be friendlier. The singapore noodles are awful and just tastes like chicken broth with spices. Their chicken on a stick seems to be all fat and hardly edible. Their egg roll are somewhat decent but if ordered, request them well done. It breaks my heart, as a kid I loved this place, but unfortunately I cannot see myself spending money here anymore.
When I walked in to pick up my food, it was dead silent and completely empty on a Friday night...I quickly learned why. I ordered pork lo mein and I got something completely different. I was given Chow mein. I go in to explain what happened in an attempt to rectify the situation. Instead of being met with excellent customer service, I ended up arguing with the cashier going back and forth with a he said he said. Ending his last statement with, well I can 't help you . I said Cool well you can keep this because I don 't know what it is nor do I want it . My wife and I also got fried crab and shrimp fried rice. The fried crab was very good but the rice is minimal to no flavor with hardly any shrimp. The rice was also partially hard and undercooked. Out of any Chinese place I 've ever eaten at, whether the mistake that took place was my own or the restaurants fault, the problem was always resolved without question. Better to fix a small problem to keep the customer wanting to return them telling them to f off and losing a customer for life. 100% DO NOT Recommend! Super job....we will never return. Truly unfortunate.
