The Loose Caboose - HINDMARSH

Venue itself is lovely. Came here a few years ago, and remember it being really good. However, the service this time round was poor, food was basic... and took nearly an hour to come out.

Good food and atmosphere. Friendly staff. Price is on the higher side for some menus but others are adequately priced. Coffee is good. Really quite good. However prob not excellent. For the price quality of food+coffee and nice interior would certainly bring me back to this place

Still fabulous! Very glad to see that the Loose Caboose is still putting out some fab food and delicious coffee. During my last visit, I tried their truffle mushroom brekky and thoroughly enjoyed it. A fab spot for breakfast/lunch/coffee catch up.

The first time we went there, the service staffs were not friendly at all ( I think the kitchen was about to close when we walked in ) and We were told only drinks available after We were seated and ordered coffees. The staff told me kitchen was actually closed 5 minutes ago so I asked her to cancel my coffee order because we came here for brunch then she turned her face not very happy about that. The other day we went to have brunch, ordered some coffees, french toast and full-breakfast. We enjoyed very much but I think the survive staffs are not friendly compared to some cafe I normally go.

This place is awesome, it was a bowden railway station but then renovated into restaurant. There are two section, indoor and outdoor. It's an old historical building, wooden floor, stone wall pillar it's cool, what an ambience. Nice food as well..spanish omelette was delish and the portion just enough. Conductors brunch was beautiful as well. Berry smoothies and choc milkshake were so good. We left nothing on our plate. Definitely will come back.
