Feedback gevenI went on 12/01, the day of the Christmas parade. The lobby was packed, but the line moved in Rucks. Later I realized that the order was made in spores to move things. As soon as I became aware, I was much quieter. However, some of the other customers were not. They were rude, impatient, loud and inconspicuous, what almost ruined my experience. Since the lines were moving and things slowly died, the staff really started to shine through. They were friendly, funny, polite and incredibly polite. So, All-in-all, I'd give the facility 5. Customers? -100
I had past bad experiences in which I was just asking for a refund based on the attitude of the person in the grill was annoyed that she gave me a cold burger and she made it seem like it was faulty with many negative comments in which the manager said to stop it. During this visit on 01/16/2020 I received excellent customer service. My burger wasn't as hot as I wanted, and instead of her a new one, I asked her in mircowave and she apologized immediately and offered to remake and I didn't just just put it in the microwave..well, if it wasn't hot enough for me, the manager said he just made it new and apologized again... if it was the young lady who actually worked the BBQ crew TEAMSER. When I came to my office and went to the Burger, I was in heaven... Thank you.
The service has improved considerably. The staff is really friendly, food is good, and the service was fast. I always get the $5 Big Bag Special and it never disappoints. It comes with two double cheeseburgers, frits, a drink and an apple cake; it's great all the time. I would recommend this selection for anyone visiting this Hardee location.
