Mcdonald's - Hinton

We generally have lower expectations for McDonald's anywhere we go but hands down we're shocked to find a good McDonald's! The food was fresh, not greasy and tasted good! If you are passing through New River Gorge and need food, this is decent! Workers were helpful and quick! Service was great! It's also a pretty drive by the river!

This place. is the absolute worst if I could give zero stars, I would. There are only a handful of employees here that actually do their job and to those 3 or 4, I give you 5 stars. Management is incompetent and beyond rude. Heaven forbid that you get upset about the quality and say something. Pointless anyway because they won 't work to fix anything. The orange juice is, at best, orange flavored water. The drive thru process is an absolute joke. You will pay, pull up to the food delivery window, get your drinks and then get asked to pull over and park to keep the line moving . You will sit there for 7-20 minutes waiting on your order and then are expected to not get upset. For a small town with not a large selection to choose from, it should be required by upper management to make this fast food restaurant run more efficiently and have better quality. Do better...or at the very least, actually do your job.

Sure don’t recommend it today! I’ve never had such a lousy experience here. 33 minute wait for my order, finally got it and everything is cold except the drink, which should be icy cold and is a lovely room temperature ?

Love some good McDonald’s! (Spoken like a true fatty. The fries and nuggets are amazing. Staff is mostly wonderful! Great parking. My sons LOVE Happy Meals. McDonald’s is getting ready to have a Toy Story 4 party which we are excited to attend. If they get the food wrong, which DOES happen, they will take it back and get you the proper thing without hesitation. Can’t say the same for other local restaurants. Overall happy with the experiences we have with Hinton McDonald’s and recommend. :

Very up to date, modern, cafe-style McD's. We went very early in the morning, on Easter Sunday no less, and it was fully staffed, up and running, and a welcome sight. Of course they have your regular McD's food, but it is in a handy location, right on the main drag. They have a drive-thru, etc. etc. I was going to give extra points because the bathrooms were very modern and clean, but I took a point off because both toilets were backed up :
