Ichiban Buffet - Hiram

This experience was disappointing. The food was poorly prepared, and there weren't many options available. It's hard to believe that the dishes could still be cold upon serving. This is simply unacceptable. They really need to reconsider their operations. My family left feeling quite upset.

This sushi is absolutely amazing! I've been to over 30 sushi restaurants, and this one is the best by far! While I've noticed that some sushi in the buffet can get older and they could improve on rotating it more frequently, when the sushi is fresh, it has more ingredients than most places, making it the best deal around. This is definitely the place to be!

This restaurant is terrible! The food was old and dry. The lighting was dim, and even the utensils had a sour smell. I had to show the waitress the undercooked chicken I got from the buffet, which was still raw inside. She apologized and explained that the chicken is large and sometimes hard to cook properly. They offered me a 5% discount on my order and assured me it wouldn’t happen again. Everything on the buffet looked dry, stale, and lacked flavor.
