Little Caesars Pizza - Hiram

Called in an order, the employee said it would take 15 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes later and have been here for almost another 20 minutes. When I finally got my food it was barely warm

Second time being here within the month and thought the first time was maybe a fluke. Ordered ONE pepperoni pizza and a 2L 25 minutes ahead of my arrival time and still had to wait 20 mins in the store to get ONE pepperoni pizza. I guess Hot and Ready is a thing of the past. Not to mention the inside needs to be cleaned. Won’t be back to this location

Worst service ever! They need a whole new staff. Waited 30 minutes for some crazy puffs to find out my order hasn’t even been working. They didn’t even tell me the wait was going to be that long. The black girl at the register “manager” was looking crazy and had no motivation to do her job at all. Told her it was f’d up they had me waiting that long. She responded with “the world is f’d up” lol what kind of sad unmotivated “managers” they’re hiring smh

Absolute trash! Pizza looked sad as heck and was not sliced all the way through (that drives me bonkers). Had to pull the slices apart. I have had the pizza puffs from the Nathan Dean location and they were absolutely delicious. This location ruined my happy moment. They didn’t have the buttery goodness or the crunch. They were overly saucy and soggy. For delivery I have to use the Hiram location. Moving forward I will just order pickup from Nathan Dean.

They should always have Pep and Cheese ready all day. I used to manage one in Stone Mountain Ga. And the logo says Hot and Ready. Customers should never wait more than 10 minutes for a simple Pep. But overall great customer service. Place was clean inside.
