Waffle House - Hiram

It is always a great day at Waffle House, but some are better than others. We always enjoy our experience at this one.

Have to pay a 2,99 surcharge and 2.00 for to go boxes…..

Our food was delicious last night. And our server, Nichole was amazing. Very nice, polite and very playful with our little girl!

One of the advantages to Waffle House is consistency. You know what to expect. The staff here just goes above and beyond. Everyone is amazingly friendly, the food is just right, and it's never too full. Everyone from the person that greets you at the door, to the the servers and cooks, is just super friendly. This location has yet to disappoint.

Nichole was our server tonight and was Awesome! The other girl Sky was on her phone the whole time while Nichole was getting trash together, taking orders and to-go orders. Sky sat in the booth or at the cash register with her feet up and stayed on her phone while Nichole was doing everything. Sky also needs to learn proper food and server appearance as her hair was not put up correctly. Something needs to be done about this because it is disgusting finding hair from your server in your food, I am glad that we chose Nichole's section as she was Awesome!
