We went today to search for a few take-out orders and their hospitality was great,Lord Taker, uncomfortable, but our diving sauce was not complete, please grill team you need to pay attention to the ticket and make sure that the side of nuclear sauce add when someone ask him... how it wasn't a nuclear sauce in my wing orders, a torch definitely grill team wasn't the right sauce today at the place...

I just wanted to say that my daughter of Zaxby's stopped and order me a salad with grill chicken with ranch and honey mustard dressing. I have to say it was the best salad I've eaten, and I'm looking forward to either eating or picking up an order from Zaxby's delicious meal menu. Thank you.

Disappointed! I understand the restaurant industry is suffering for employees or good ones if you have them, however try to take care of the customer please. Let them know when you are out of things they order before they pay, leave, and quickly return to only find out they just don't have it today and they put extra fries in instead. I know it's only coleslaw but it is one of the things I love about Zaxby's. The employee had no concern about customers experience. This is my 2nd time at this location, with a negative experience. Last time they didn't have 2 oz souffle containers so I could not get the sweet and spicy sauce for my chicken.
