GDR-style self-service restaurant, quality and quantity of food are not in proportion to their price. You can eat it, but outside the animal park you will definitely find restaurants with a better value for money. In addition, only cash payment is accepted, no use of EC or credit card is possible. The staff is largely friendly and the terrace invites you to stay on sunny days.

ALL previous posts with negative reviews I didn't want to believe it first. I've been 58 years old and as a child in this place. The charm from GDR times has remained almost undisturbed. Only the friendliness of the service has improved. Otherwise: prices for quality and quantity too high. Snack level from the fryer or canned for restaurant prices. Cutlery made of sheet metal, glasses and tables unclean.
