This is a nice restaurant. They cater well for families, and the service is fast and friendly. The dough balls are to die for very good as a starter. There is a good variety on the menu and everything is always cooked very well. If you are lucky you can see the cooks making your pizza. The prices are a bit more expensive than your regular pizza place, but it is well worth it.

This is Pizza Express at its best. It 's centrally located just off the market square in Hitchin town. Access is good for wheelchairs which is nice to see too. The decor is tasteful, the lighting subdued which gives it a calm welcoming atmosphere. As pizza dining goes this is excellent the menu is extensive, the food always beautifully cooked and the service is friendly, swift and attentive (without being intrusive). It 's a very child friendly establishment to plenty of high chairs and the children are presented with their own 'activity packs ' on arrival which includes crayons, pictures to colour, puzzles and games a very welcome touch that sets it well ahead of other types of outlet. Prices are very reasonable too not rock bottom but very affordable though it 's probably best to avoid too much of the Italian bottled beer as that 's a little on the steep side. All in all a delightful place and I can heartily recommend it.

A truly stunning example of a pizza express restaurant, the food is always very well presented, with great quality and at a very reasonable price i was there for a birthday meal with friends and we had a great experience. (even got a cake with candles on it)... The restaurant is situated in the middle of hitchin town centre (on the market square) all on one level, exquisitely lit, very intimate, excellent service by very well trained staff, all who are always happy to help and with smiles on their faces a nice change for a chain restaurant. Very well recommended.

A lovely family restaurant. Good food, fast service, a great place to take children. It does get very busy at weekends, but that's cos its so great!
