Delme at Hitchin Priory

There was no staff at the reception or in the restaurant when we arrived, and even during our meal the only waitress there kept disappearing. Despite being the only customers, many beers were out of stock and the only available option was a bland Swedish brew. The Spanish wines we ordered were cheap but not of good quality. The chicken dishes we ordered seemed to be oversalted. The final bill was incorrect but was adjusted after pointing it out. In a hurry to leave, we didn't mention that a wine was charged incorrectly and just paid the bill.

The tapas we ordered were cheap but not tasty. Two of us had chicken dishes that were overly salty. The bill was incorrect but was eventually fixed. I did not want to make a fuss about being overcharged for a drink, so I just paid and left.

The personal was amazing last Monday. cannot recommend this beautiful place enough. the food was excellent and the service and attention was no longer. Immaculate and stunning. thanks to many steps and the team that they are so seamless with discreet and professionalism. very friendly and welcoming they also make an amazing Sunday dinner and the accommodation is beautiful and central in the historic city. absolutely not wait to come back, thank you.

We had our high time here on Friday and we can not thank all employees in the priory enough, especially charlotte, who has been on hand every step of the way, recommend this venue.

Excellent facilities at this place for our huge company meeting with teas, coffee and breakfast pastries.
