Although they didn't really understand my wife's steak, the manager was great. He took care of it on our account and we were very satisfied. The waitress was also very on site. 100 Recommend

Had to eat dinner here with my Grandma. I say had, because I wrote off logan a long time ago due to quality of the food. However, the standards have IMPROVED TREMENDOUSLY! I'm very impressed with whatever improvements they have made.

The service here truly goes above and beyond! My meal was hot and absolutely outstanding. They even treated us to a few appetizers on the house. My waitress, Alison, was exceptional; she went out of her way to ensure that I had a wonderful experience and that everything was just right. She was meticulous about my special requests and was very courteous over the phone, answering all my menu questions and providing great recommendations when I asked. I ordered the 6-ounce sirloin with garlic butter, and it was cooked to perfection. The sweet potato was delicious, and my salad was just right as well. I will definitely be returning to dine here with my family. If you're choosing between steakhouses, I highly recommend Hixson’s Logan's Roadhouse!

The steak was truly outstanding! Although there were some mix-ups with our meals, the staff handled it well, apologized, and everything turned out fine. I really appreciate the commitment to integrity at this establishment! I would definitely recommend it, and they are also maintaining proper social distancing measures.

I had steak tips with a baked potato and broccoli. The baked potato was topped with sour cream and butter.
