On a recent visit to Hobart we had dinner at Capital and loved everything about it. It's in a buzzing area with lots of action - obviously the place to be.
Read the mixed reviews, but I thought we would give it a shot when the menu looked pretty well. Really enjoyed the antipasti, the quail was cooked to perfection...
