Small menu with the classic Chinese oriented. even if the waiting period was a tad long the aromen were authentic and the dazzling garlic butter meeresce plate was worth waiting!

This little cafe seems to be a very popular lunch spot We had the fried pork dumplings and a vegetable laksa for lunch.

The pan fried dumplings are pretty goodThe egg custard bun is not really what it's supposed to be so wouldn't recommend it.

Easily missed on a journey down Collins StDumpling Express rates highly amongst other Chinese restaurants in Hobart.
