Delicious fish and chips! the garlic braids were so tasty and the sauce was right.
Good standard style fish and chips, only tried the calamari and chips pack so can't comment on the rest of the menu. The calamari was perfectly done though and fresh and I got a good amount of chips. I like the fact they let you salt it when you pick it up. It was quick and delicious, I would definetly go back if I'm here on holiday again. Would get 5 stars if was a few dollars cheaper
Located down on the pier, if you're in the area and want a spot of fish and chips go here. We came in August of 2022 and had the pirate's feast, and it was just that. The calamari was so tender I'd love to get a whole box of those. Flake was really well cooked and not oily, and the garlic prawns divine. They offer salts and other condiments. I'm happy to say they don't pre-salt them.
I have stopped here a couple of times recently and got a park right out the front. A short wait before getting my order in a nice waterfront vista. Squid rings, chips and crumbed blue grenadier was my last order, for the princely sum of $29! The fish was two smallish pieces rather than one large piece, for $11 I think, and was nice and crunchy, cooked well and tasty, but still overpriced. The squid was great, chips were bland, but a good sized tub of tartare was welcome. Overall, reasonable/good food, but quite pricey.
