The coffee is fantastic, and the hot salmon and carpaccio dishes are both delicious and unique. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the interior design is thoughtfully crafted. It's an excellent spot for brunch!

The food is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. I visited mainly for the omelette, and it certainly lived up to my expectations. The soft eggs paired with the caramelized onions were amazing. I look forward to trying other dishes if I get the chance again.

Small Fritte has a cozy atmosphere where customers can sit in the open kitchen and watch the cooking process. We were greeted and served promptly upon entering the café around lunchtime. The café's design is straightforward and minimal, making it a perfect spot for Instagram photos—definitely a 10/10! The coffee was fantastic, and while the food selection is limited, it's truly a highlight on the menu. The owner personally prepares the dishes, which reflects his love and passion for cooking. The pig belly sliders were incredible. The bathroom was clean as well. I will definitely come back when I visit Tasmania again!
