Pilot Store (truck Stop) #557 - Hobbs

I had a few interactions with the management and staff, and they were always respectful, polite, and willing to go the extra mile to help! However, I do have one suggestion: it would be great if they could keep vanilla Coke bottles in the cooler. My mom really enjoys it, and I’d hate for her to be disappointed because it's usually sold out. Overall, they do a fantastic job!

Every visit is enjoyable and satisfying. The staff is friendly, and the restrooms are clean. They offer a fun variety of nostalgic sweets, a wide selection of fountain soft drinks, and a coffee/cappuccino bar. The location is convenient, right before (or after) the intersection to the west of Hobbs.

The experience was fair, but the washing machines were out of order! However, the customer service was consistently good, and the food was delicious.

Comfortable stop on my day of travel. Very clean and very helpful staff. Just a nice break and I'm back.

Staff is great and they work hard to keep this place clean. They even clean the pumps regularly. Extreamily busy on weekday mornings.
