Qc Express - Hobe Sound

I just got home from your restaurant, and I want to share my thoughts. The food was good overall, but I ordered the fish and chips with a side of coleslaw. When my meal arrived, there were no chips (French fries) included. The waitress mentioned that the chips counted as one side, but I disagree. If "chips" are included in the title of the entrée, they shouldn’t be considered just a side. On a positive note, my wife really enjoyed your crab soup. However, I'm not sure if I’ll return, which is unfortunate.

My husband and I moved to Hobe Sound from Cape May, NJ, last year, and Quiet Crab became the first place we discovered that serves blue crabs— and they were absolutely delicious, big, and meaty! We also enjoyed shrimp and fries seasoned with Old Bay, which were incredibly tasty. To top off our meal, we indulged in a chocolate lava cake that our server brought out with a candle for a birthday wish. Our experience at Quiet Crab was fantastic, and we can’t wait to return and try more of their menu, especially since the food has a wonderful Maryland flair that we love. Thank you again! The atmosphere at Art Square is very family-friendly, making it a cozy little spot. I had the crab sandwich, which was absolutely delicious. It would be nice if they had a children's menu, but they were accommodating to us.

We are here last Saturday for the anniversary. With all the good reviews I said, let us try. Besides, I'm very familiar with Maryland's crab. First of all from the only article that maybe Maryland crab was the crab cake I was somewhat disappointed. If there was more, our server told us about any specials. We ordered Maryland cream from crabs and grandma traditional crab soup. Both were very good. So now we order captain crispy sea scallops 1/2lb when they were sea scallops as you can see in the picture they were very small, 9 roasted shrimps good size and cook perfectly, 1 piece of cod it was perfectly cooked. We also ordered QC flavor box #2, which came with 2 clusters of Alaskan snow crab legs. Let me start here, they were over cooked or precooked not safe which. They were very dry and the crab meat did not slip out of the shell as they should. The shrimps were perfectly cooked, so the maine was lobster dick. The corn on the coke was almost cold/hot. The 6 pieces of sausage were a little over boiled, not juicy or mouth water as they should be. Not sure we're back here or not after we spent over $100 and don't see any real Maryland crabs except the crab cakes. We should have more WOWED and wasn't..

We had our company Christmas dinner tonight and it was the absolute best! Thank you so much Jeff and staff! Food was delicious and the service was excellent as well!
