Feedback gevenSouza fit provides meal prep options for members (including myself) at my local gym, Heights Fitness. These meal preps come in handy sometimes especially when it’s late night finishing a workout, you are dreading cooking and you need a great post workout meal. I’ve gotten the Turkey Meatball (w/ penne and green beans) 4 times. The first two times were amazing the meal was great! Everything was spot on and flavorful. The last two times I got the same meal it was terrible. Sauce taste like they just dumped a bland can of tomato sauce — very bitter, the green beans were basically raw, the turkey does not taste fresh, and the penne is hard. Left a real nasty after taste trying to eat this meal. Ended up seasoning the meal myself to give it some taste and life, even had to RE-cook the turkey and green beans a little bit. I thought I would give them another shot since my first two meals were spot on, but no thanks I’m good from here on out. Consistency is very important when it comes to food, it’s a big deal breaker. Hope you can get it figured out.
The food was not good. Bean burger patty was not even form in the patty. It was like of mashed potatoes The yogurt was sour. French fries was soggy. The breakfast plate tasted like pure salt . Very disappointed.
Great food with good portion sizes unlike other health food options.

Healthy, delicious, and non-overpriced food, with great meal options for athletes. Manhattan needs a place like this.
