Starbucks - Hoboken

I am certain that this Starbucks location leaves much to be desired. If you attempt to order ahead, there is a high chance that the order will be cancelled. The mobile app is often down, making it difficult to place orders. The hours are inconsistent, and the staff frequently close early without notice. The place is messy, the baristas lack motivation, and cleanliness is lacking. Flies can be seen buzzing around. Their mobile pick-up system is unreliable, and if you have an issue, good luck getting it resolved. I recommend trying any other coffee shop in Hoboken for a more enjoyable experience.

To anyone reading this, please avoid this place. I waited 45 minutes on a Saturday morning for a cup of ice cream with a splash of ice cream. The staff was rude and took out their frustrations on the customers. 0 out of 5 stars.

The restaurant is extremely disorganized and opened over an hour late. Despite the sign on the door indicating they would open at 7 o'clock, they unlocked the door at 6:59 to inform customers that it would not be until 7:30. It was a very disappointing experience and I would not return unless absolutely desperate. The staff was rude and defensive, offering little help or assistance.

Super dissatisfied today. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant. I waited a few minutes. then waited and waited and waited and waited and then waited a little more for my hot chocolate. the hot chocolate tasted nothing like a big cup. no taste. I know that this is at work and probably give 2 hoots we are on the way to work. Now I will be honest that the service is good at most days and that eating corresponds to the service, but not today. I swear, if it wasn't for the kightskin pretty black woman who made the drinks today, I would have really been insulted. lmbo. with all that is said, I hope that they will work out the kink and I will be back
