Unfortunately tonight my wife and i had one of our unexpected lack of customer service care and responses in our 5 years of restaurants all over the world. After entering the waitress was cordial and I greet her in thai and she reacted. there was only 1 couple in the entire restaurant when we arrived so that the huge tables were open to our choice. before we went to the place, I spent some time to explain that 2 weeks earlier I had stomach surgery and we were down from the country as it was obviously from our country in rent together with my akubra and in melbourne. I explained further, I could only suppen and eat liquids, etc. but my wife was obviously in order, they have everything without the hard ingredients, only the juices that we had similar in other restaurants. that said that was clear, so we should sit down. I even showed where the operation was carried out. my stomach-kissen area to prove what I had said was right, as the conversation at this place was quite jovial. another lady came to serve us and I repeated the conversation I had with the original lady and explained that I needed only a suppe with rough, but obviously enough for a meal and the clear suppe huhn taste was recommended so that we ordered this with a bowl of tom kai gai for my wife. we also ordered 2 glasses of wine. the wee was supplied normal glasses 8.00 quite good quality. then the suppe came in small size bowls at 9.80 each and my bowl had the whole bowl with sweet and a small bun in huge rugged pieces in a 1/3 when the liquid from clear soup. the suppe of my wife was exactly the same and components, except with the tom kai hai suppenmix. because the restaurant was left in the round, I had to find a waitress and when they came to the table. I had placed the content of my entree plate soup on a butter plate and showed her the whole munition of clear soup that I had been served. she immediately became very defensiw and said they run a business and that is what they get. I explained again, I have already shared why I only needed the suppe and the non-plant mass, and she has released my complaining and went away. I gave my wife the sweet, etc., as it seems, they are very nice, as their content was from her tom kai hai, therefore I rated this restaurant 2 stars, and I drank the 1/3 content of fluid from both entree soup bowl s that I must say was also very nice and would have a meal of either if available, but that was not too. we are done and went to go and pay. the second lady served me and I replayed what had happened over the evening and even showed her that I was not able to eat solids. I was abruptly said I should not go to a restaurant to eat if I can not eat solid food that I found rude, how we were 400 km from home in melbourne and could only eat i restaurants, etc., and this was the first after we explained before we had our plight that had acted on this wise. some had politely told us that they could not help but others took off or were in a position to rust the dinge. this one with so few customers had of course simply no care for the individual and only an eye on the fists at the end of the visit. Obviously, it will not be back what is a pity, since the liquid of the suppe was beautiful, so would have been back when my stomach was in order in a few weeks and the menu was really sampled. Lessons needed by the customer service officers, just say no if they are not ready to add extra water and crimped extra and increase the size of them bowl of soup from a escape size to a normal size in most Thai restaurants.
I ordered tofu satay, vegetables, and vegetarian pad thai with steamed rice. Unfortunately, most of the food ended up in the takeout container. The dishes were not authentic and of poor quality. The vegetables seemed to be mostly cauliflower and the pad thai was mostly noodles. I will not be returning to this restaurant. The total cost was $42.00 after a discount for paying in cash.
Red curry escape what a sweat three pieces skin and sick sweet supposed red curry, the first time that I went there about two months ago and eating was not the best, but gave them the advantage of the doubt, will never go...back overpriced and feel completely demolished, even if I manage to tell them a word
We entered the restaurant at 7pm and left 25 minutes later without placing an order because no one came to serve us, despite the wait staff passing by our table multiple times to deliver food to other customers. We will not be returning.
